I wish I could give more stars. Sahand, the movement engineer, help me with my sciatic pain and two herniated disc. I had herniated two disc doing Pilates. I was in pain for about two weeks in and out of seeing PT and massage therapist. Which was helping but not really getting rid of the pain. It was more temporary. I booked with the movement engineer a week before I was unknowingly going to be in the hospital from this sciatic pain. I went to different PT on a Monday and whatever they did, set something horrible off of my body. The pain was beyond unbearable and I was in the hospital. I luckily the next day had an appointment with the movement engineer. After my after my visit with Sahand not only could I walk but I was in zero pain. This still the stay blows my mind. I was in the hospital on so much medicine on an IV drip for pain. I was told by the hospital to take oxycodone and other heavy drugs to deal with my pain and to just rest. The movement engineer did very simple, gentle movements to get me out of pain. It was beyond amazing. I learned so much about my C-section and how my core after my C-section never really healed properly. Because nobody ever told me any of that. And how my lack of a strong core was the result of my injury. Even though my C-section was eight years ago. Thankful doesn't even begin to describe how happy I am I found the movement engineer.I am now working with Sahand as my personal trainer and he is brilliant. He knows how to make you work without pushing too hard. He had beyond helped me heal and become strong

I am 53 years old with a lower back condition that would sometimes prevent me from participating in a physical fitness. Sahand is my personal trainer at The Movement Engineer, meeting twice a week. He has created great workouts that allow me to improve my upper body strength, flexibility and balance. The fitness programs meet my needs to keep active, along with keeping me safe from injury. Sahand is fantastic to work with and really helps me meet my fitness goals. Love the workout area. It is very clean and excellent equipment (even an outdoor workout area). I would recommend anyone who would like to improve their fitness to work with Sahand at The Movement Engineer.
